COFFEE. COCKTAILS. WINE.
KANEL / A NEW BEGINNING
What you don’t see.
KANEL means cinnamon.
It begins as the inner bark of a tree. What reaches your glass is the result of a transformation — shaped by time, patience and work that few people ever see.
KANEL is my own new beginning. Built on years behind the bar, a passion for the craft, and the freedom to create something truly my own.
